CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Programs will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe or dangerous weather, SPNC staff may deem the conditions unsafe and may cancel or reschedule an event or program. On occasion, we may also cancel public programs due to low enrollment. We will attempt to contact all registrants as soon as the decision to cancel or reschedule is made. In these circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Request for cancellations must be made during normal business hours, and may be made by phone or in person. For cancellations on the part of the registrant, program fees will be refunded on the following terms:

Applicable refunds may take two to four weeks to process.

NOTE: Seven Ponds Field Tour cancellation and refund policy differs from the above, and is stated on the field tour registration form.
