Board of Directors
The Seven Ponds Nature Center Board of Directors meets six times each year to review finances, nature center activities, and policies.
Our Board of Directors consists of Members-at-Large and representatives from local Audubon chapters. Members-at-Large may serve two consecutive three-year terms, then must vacate the Board for at least one year. Audubon representatives have no term limit.
Our Board's Governing Committee consists of the nature center Executive Director, the Board Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Board members may also join the Finance Committee and Development Committee.
