Nature Discovery 2:00 p.m.
Turtles, frogs, and snakes. Oh Yes! This will be a fun afternoon of learning about Michigan’s reptiles and amphibians. There will be lots of live animals for us to see and possibly touch.
Seven Ponds Photo Contest
This will be your chance to show off your best Natural Michigan photo. This photo can include any aspect of native woodland, savanna, prairie, wetlands, or wildlife found in Michigan. Everyone is encouraged to enter, including children. There will be a special category for kids, up to age 18, to show us their point of view on Michigan’s Wild. The deadline for photo entry is May 2. Photographs will be judged before Naturefest with winners displayed the day of the festival. For rules & guidelines click here for pdf file and for an entry form click here for pdf file.
